  • Method: Delivered via WhatsApp with end-to-end encryption on your registered number
• Advocate Consultations:
  • Scheduling: Arranged within 24-48 hours post-chat, based on advocate availability and your Kerala location.
  • Method: In-person, phone, or video call, as agreed with the advocate.
• Advocate Subscriptions: Platform access activated within 24 hours of payment, with login details emailed.

Delays

• Chats: Rare delays beyond 2 hours may occur due to high volumes. You’ll receive a followup message.
• Consultations: If an advocate is unavailable, we’ll reschedule within 48 hours or offer an alternative at no extra cost.
