Cancellation

• WhatsApp Chats: Free chats cannot be canceled once initiated, as responses are immediate.
• Consultations: Cancel scheduled advocate consultations up to 24 hours prior via WhatsApp or email (support@vakkeel.ai ). Cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable.
• Advocate Subscriptions: Advocates may cancel annual subscriptions within 7 days for a pro-rata refund, subject to a processing fee.

Refunds

• Consultation Fees: Refunds are issued only if Vakkeel.ai fails to arrange a paid consultation. Processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
• Chat Fees: No refunds for chats, as they’re delivered instantly.
• Non-Refundable Cases: No refunds for completed chats, consultations, or advocate actions post-connection.
• Dispute Resolution: Email support@vakkeel.ai for disputes. Resolution within 14 days.
